Recurring schedule Start and End time

When setting up a recurring Template the date portion of the Start and End times should be the individual instance duration and not the total date range for the recurrence.

For example: if you want to schedule a Template to be shown between 10am and 11am every day; the Start time will be the first date and 10am, the End time will be the first date and 11am, the recurrence will be “daily” every “1” day and “end by” will be the last date you want the recurrence to appear.
